The kingdom of God needs servant/leaders who will not only lead but also take the time to give personal care to the body of Christ. The belief is that this is not a one man’s job but the responsibility of the entire body of believers.  Jesus came not to impress the crowd, but to heal, deliver, and set free all those who were bound and destroy the works of the enemy that we may become the sons of God.  Jesus taught his disciples to go out into the world and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost Matthews 28:19.  All nations express that every nationality, and ethnicity, origin and creed, are all a part of God's divine plan to cause whole earth will be filled with his glory.
